Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

I noticed that the prices at the fuel station are different from the prices in the app. Why is this happening?

The manager of each fuel station has the legal obligation to update their fuel prices on the Fuel Retail Price Observatory of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry, according to law. In case the prices are not accurate, responsibility falls either on the manager of the fuel station or the database of the Liquid Fuel Price Observatory. What you can do as a customer is inform the manager of the fuel station accordingly.

I am looking for a fuel station but I can’t find it in the application.

In this case, there may be many factors related to an error by the station manager, such as not registering the station on the database of the Fuel Retail Price Observatory of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry, as they are legally required to do. In other cases, while the fuel station is registered, the manager has not updated their fuel prices for more than 30 days (which is the maximum time limit) and as a result, the price is deleted and the station is not appearing. We would like to assure you that as soon as the station meets the above conditions, it will also appear in our application, at the next synchronization with the ministry, which is performed every hour, 24/7.

Why is the number of fuel stations increasing/decreasing sometimes?

FuelDaddy has a mechanism that automatically removes fuel stations that exceed the maximum time limit for price updates, which, according to the law, is 30 days. If the manager has not updated their prices within this legal time limit, the station is automatically removed from our results also.

Information provided for some stations is incomplete (e.g. no telephone number, working hours etc.)

The data and information we have for each station has been obtained from the registered fuel station owners of our platform, the official websites of each company, as well as other sources such as company profiles on social media, directories, search engines, etc. However, even this information may in some cases be inaccurate. If you find an error, you can report it to us by using the "Improve Listing" feature which is located at the bottom of the page of each fuel station. With this feature you can suggest the location of the fuel station on the map, upload photos, suggest modifications, as well as send us any other comments you might have regarding each fuel station.
